Current Fees:
Listing fees are currently waived. Auctions are only subject to final value fee for items sold. In the future listing fees will be imposed as follows:
Basic Listings: .25 cents for up to 10 days. No extra charge for reserves. Item starting bid or reserve (highest value) can not exceed $29,999.99.
Mid Tier Listings: $5.00 for up to 10 days. No extra charge for reserves. Item starting bid or reserve (highest value) can not exceed $49,999.99.
Real Estate: $35.00 for up to 30 days. No extra charge for reserves. Item starting bid or reserve $50,000 or over (highest value).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you list a non real estate item and the value is $50,000 or more the program will charge you $35.00. We will adjust all non-real estate accounts. Real Estate listers, we can not adjust your account because real estate listings incurr higher advertising and promotion costs. Contact us if you need additional info about this LOCAL ADVANTAGE!

Trades: $5.00 for up to 10 days
Stores: Set up NOW only $10.00, plus monthly lease of $25.00 + revenue share from sales posted below as "Final Value Success Fees".
Final Value Success Fees (per closed successful listing):
0-999.99=10%
1000.00-4999.99=8%
5000.00-9999.99=6%
10,000.00-49,999.99=4%
50,000.00-10,000,000.00=3%
over 10,000,000.00 (ten million dollars and no cents) is negotiable. Contact the Auction Company.
Gallery only 25 cents. This will add a photo with your listing title so viewers will see photos while searching through listings. Also, as an added introductory bonus, Gallery listings will randomly rotate on the homepage for limited exposure on the site's most active page. We highly recommend this feature for increased sales.
No fees other than listing fees for unsuccessful closed listings. Currently, we are offering 2 FREE relists if your item closes unsuccessfully. This means in theory you could keep a listing active for 30 days for only 25 cents.
